LB Gift Card Terms and Conditions

By purchasing an LB Gift Card (the Card) and using the Card, you are accepting, and agreeing with, the following terms and conditions.

Data Protection, Jurisdiction & Applicable law

TLB Consultancy Ltd (TLB) is registered with the Information Commissioners Office, as required under the data protection act, to ensure we safely handle any data that we collect, in compliance with the relevant law. All information collected will be held in a standalone database, inaccessible to any third parties and we will never share or sell your data.

 

Gift cards can only be issued to, and utilised by, UK residents who are over the age of 18 and any dispute arising in connection with the scheme, from either party, will be resolved under English law.

 

Gift cards are only redeemable for products supplied by, and in, the Leather Bottle Restaurant & Bar, Horsefayre Green, Blackmore, Essex, CM4 0RL.

 

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

Any remaining balance will be cancelled on the expiry date of the validity period.

 

Please note the specified amount will be issued on one card. If you require multiple gift cards for different recipients, you will need to order the gift cards in separate transactions.

Promotional codes or offers cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

There is no cash alternative and the Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
